Reed Specialist Recruitment is representing a successful SJP firm seeking a Paraplanner to support their Advisers.
The position offers a full-time role with hybrid or fully remote working options from locations including Whiteley, Broadstone, Totton, or Tunbridge Wells.
The salary for this role ranges from £30,000 to £40,000, accompanied by a generous benefits package including private medical cover and a pension matching scheme.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a Paraplanning role, ideally with prior experience at an SJP firm and familiarity with Salesforce and Voyant.
Strong customer service, time management, and collaborative skills are essential for this challenging role.

Reed Specialist Recruitment are proud to be representing a highly successful and ambitious SJP firm, who are looking for a new Paraplanner to join their team and help the Advisers. The successful candidate would be employed full-time, and would be able to work on a hybrid basis (or fully remotely) from any of the following locations -

Whiteley (PO15)
Broadstone (BH18)
Totton (SO40)
Tunbridge Wels (TN3)

In return, the company are looking for someone who has -

2+ years' experience in a Paraplanning role, with a strong financial services background
Ideally previous experience working for an SJP firm and familiarity with their existing systems (Salesforce & Voyant especially)
Excellent customer service, time management and prioritisation skills
A natural resilience allowing them to cope with a challenging role and stay calm under pressure
The ability to take responsibility for their own workload and use their initiative
A collaborative nature allowing them to build and maintain internal and external relationships
