Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Dorset
Salary: £43,000 – £47,000
Hours: Flexible working hours available (Fulltime, Permanent)

Role Overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and supporting production with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and plan optimum manufacturing methods and processes
- Create and issue workshop job packs to AS9100 standard
- Work in line with customer specifications and quality standards
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Identify and coordinate tooling requirements for new parts
- Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
- Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of materials and surface treatment processes
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems and Excel
- CAD experience (Catia preferred) is an advantage
