Role Overview

 

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, and supporting production with technical expertise.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and plan optimum manufacturing methods and processes
  • Create and issue workshop job packs to AS9100 standard
  • Work in line with customer specifications and quality standards
  • Provide technical support to production teams
  • Identify and coordinate tooling requirements for new parts
  • Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers

 

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of machining and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of materials and surface treatment processes
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and Excel
  • CAD experience (Catia preferred) is an advantage
