My client is recruiting for a General Manager who is passionate about F&B, sales & events driven with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who leads from the front and can inspire the staff at this fantastic hotel.

- Manage the budget by driving sales

The successful candidate
- Must have working in a similar luxury hotel
- A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets
- A high level of customer service
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
- Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen
