Sous Chef Worcestershire Luxury Hotel- 4 Day working week

A Sous Chef is required for this gorgeous luxury hotel set in a stunning location in the Worcestershire countryside.

The fine dining restaurant offers seasonal a la carte menus focusing on only the best ingredients available in the region.

You must have worked as a Sous Chef in a similar standard establishment, and without this experience your application unfortunately can't be considered.

You will be working from a brand new, state of the art kitchen, and will be able to enjoy excellent facilities as you continue your career.

They are looking for a Sous Chef with a background in high end restaurants to join the team and help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

As Sous Chef, you will:
  • Work under a talented Head Chef within a professional kitchen
  • Be working across all sections as required and as Sous Chef your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times
  • Be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work
  • Working within an experienced and very busy brigade
