The Reception Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of The Hotel's reception. This includes meeting and greeting guests to ensure they have a high-quality and memorable experience with our reception team from start to finish. You will also oversee the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring that the "behind-the-scenes" functions are impeccably organized to support our award-winning hotel.
This role is based on a 40-hour per week contract, consisting of 8-hour shifts plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. You will typically work five days a week, which will usually include weekends.

- Strong leadership skills to command respect and provide supportive and constructive supervision to the team
- A hands-on approach with a commitment to completing tasks to a high standard

13.50 per hour (approximately 28,080 per year), plus a service charge that ranges from 2,000 to 2,500 per year, bringing the total package to around 30,500 annually.
