Recruitment Manager (Part-Time)

Do you love meeting people, and thrive in a busy, organised work environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! We are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our clients small but lovely HR team.

About the Role:

As the Recruitment Manager, you will report to the HR Director and work closely with department managers to recruit top talent. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from advertising roles to ensuring candidates have a positive and engaging experience.

In addition to recruitment duties, you'll also get involved in administrative work, creative projects, outreach at career fairs and school events, and more. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, professional, with a warm personality and a creative flair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions.
  • Use various sourcing methods to attract candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on their resume, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Conduct interviews and support hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Facilitate hiring processes, including making offers and conducting background checks.
  • Proactively monitor recruitment activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide recruitment training to new hiring managers.
  • Stay up to date with employment legislation.
