Your Role:
You'll be leading a dedicated kitchen team, overseeing all food production, ensuring quality, consistency, and exceptional presentation. You'll work closely with front-of-house and management to deliver an outstanding experience to guests.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills

A passion for creating high-quality, seasonal dishes

Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential

Experience in high-volume catering or hospitality environments
