My client, a traditional country pub in the New Forest, is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
The pub serves classic British cuisine and is very well regarded for both the quality of its food and its warm hospitality. Everything is cooked from fresh with ingredients locally sourced.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with a strong personality and good man management skills.
Salary for the Sous Chef is £32,000 to £34,000 plus tronc.
