They are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and oversee their marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and be skilled in both strategic planning and hands-on execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
Job Summary: As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all sales and marketing activities within the hotel. This includes driving business growth through lead generation, building strong relationships with clients, developing creative marketing strategies, and maximizing hotel revenue. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the hotel's market position is maintained and expanded.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in driving revenue growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and tools.
