Job Profile
Our client a private practice of Building Surveyors and Architects based in the New Forest, Southampton area are currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. As a practice in their surveying department they undertake planned maintenance, dilapidations, party wall work, project monitoring, project management, building surveys and HMO related work.
Our client is looking to add a Graduate Building Surveyor to their team to assist the established Building Surveying team across a broad range of commercial and residential building surveying duties including completing building surveys, undertaking inspections, commercial dilapidations, party wall, overseeing works on site and contract administration.
The company has a successful track record of supporting candidates through their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to becoming members of the RICS (MRICS).

- Degree or relevant qualification in building surveying or similar
- Building surveying experience
- You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an acute attention to detail.
