Tonic are searching for a RestaurantGeneral Manager to run our client's stunning hotel in the heart of the New Forest. Our client is looking for their Restaurant General Manager to be a highly driven, passionate individual who lives and breathes hospitality. The Restaurant General Manager must have a love for food and wine and be ready to take their career to the next level!

What we are looking for in the successful RestaurantGeneral Manager?

Management experience within a high quality food and beverage business
A natural passion for food, wine and service with experience of kitchen gardens is desirable
A loyal and trustworthy individual who has shown clear stable progression throughout their career
A team player who creates strong relationships with their team and guests is vital to this role
Strong financials and P&L experience is required
