This exciting opportunity will be available from mid-January, following a complete refurbishment of the kitchen. Among the new features are the installation of a pizza oven and an expanded kitchen.

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who values due diligence and team training.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and cooking.
• Team Training and Delegation: Train your team and delegate tasks effectively to maintain smooth kitchen workflow.
• Margin and Costing Management: Utilise your solid background in margin and costing to optimise kitchen efficiency.
• Supervise Food Service: Oversee food service during peak hours, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to guests.
• Promote Teamwork and Hospitality: Foster a positive team atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and a hospitable environment among staff.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
