Omega is partnering with a fantastic company based in Gloucester, who are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Purchasing and Sales Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-focused environment and possesses excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities-Purchasing and Sales Administrator

  • Process customer order requirements in the system and ensure all details are accurate
  • Engage in daily purchasing activities, negotiate prices, and maintain effective communication with suppliers
  • Chase back orders from suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Provide regular updates and communication to customers to enhance engagement and satisfaction
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to develop accounts
  • Prepare customer pricing and proposals efficiently
  • Collaborate with the store to update information on incoming and outgoing orders

Qualifications & Requirements-Purchasing and Sales Administrator

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to easily build relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize workloads effectively
  • High attention to detail and proficient problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in sales order systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
