The role is based in Bromborough and is fully site based. This opportunity is ideal for a sales administrator looking for a new opportunity.
Salary/benefits:
- £25,000 per annum
- 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Job Duties:
- Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure that they pay according to payment terms.
- Dealing with a high volume of calls on the telephone.
- Maintaining customer records.
- Processing card payments.
- Issuing direct debit mandates and entering them onto the internal system.
- Building a rapport with customers.
- Escalating any issues to line managements.
- Managing any queries.

Ideal experience
- Previous sales admin experience/ experience of handling a high volume of calls (both inbound and outbound)
- Strong communication skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Assertive telephone manner
