Additionally, they will oversee cashflow forecasting, providing strategic financial insights and guidance to senior leadership. This role will also involve managing and developing the finance team, driving efficiency and performance within the department.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must be professionally qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) and have proven experience in a Financial Controller or Head of Finance role. Strong technical expertise in audit preparation and cashflow forecasting is essential, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. The ability to hit the ground running in an interim capacity is crucial.
