Sales Co-coordinator
Certain Advantage are recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering Manufacturing client for a Customer Service Co-coordinator to join Manufacturing Companies after sales team.
Pay: 29k - 32k salary
Location: Mid Suffolk
Full Time: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure needs are being met
- Process customer enquiries via phone or email
- Own the end-to-end sales process for spares, which includes liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Company Products Training
- Request quotes from suppliers and processing purchases to the best price and quality
- Produce quotations and following them up in a timely fashion.
- Convert Enquiries to sales order
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working environment and continuous improvement activities
- Actively promote spares sales for all contracts
- Issuing priced recommended critical spares list for all new and recent contracts
- Entering data into the MRP system
What we're looking for
- Experience in a similar role with manufacturing/engineering knowledge
- Confident verbal and written communications skills
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT Skills - must include word, excel, email and be familiar with MRP systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Organised with exceptional time management with the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Positive attitude and the desire to learn
