With the project still in it's infancy, the packages released are predominantly for large civil engineering works including access roads, park & rides, surrounding A road improvements, bulk earthworks & greenfield/brownfield works.
Ideally, you will live within a commutable distance from the site but this is not a necessity. A very good lodge & meal allowance is provided on top of your daily rate.
There is hybrid work on offer and will be agreed at interview stage with the hiring managers.
To be considered for these roles, you must have:
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Civil Engineering contractor background
- Major highways project exposure (50m+)
- NEC3 contract experience
- Able to travel to site minimum of 3 days a week
The initial IR35 assessment has come back as OUTSIDE IR35 but a final determination will need to be carried out with the successful candidate(s).
All of the roles are offering contracts of 9 months or more.
