Temporary Agency Attendance, Assessment & Achievement Administrator - English

Location: Cross Campus (travel required)

Hours per week: 37 (excluding lunch hours)

Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Agency Attendance, Assessment & Achievement Administrator, where you will work closely with the Exams Manager and Team Leaders to ensure the effective administration of college examinations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and compliance of the examination process across multiple campuses.

Day-to-day of the role:

Administer all examinations and safeguard examination papers in compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisations' rules and regulations.

Manage the booking of online testing centres at Bromley and Orpington sites, as well as other physical resources and spaces used for examinations.

Coordinate the scheduling of the online exam timetable, invigilators, and additional support for learners, ensuring compliance with JCQ and Awarding Organisation rules and regulations.

Work across multiple campuses, requiring efficient time management and travel coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working in an educational environment, ideally within exams or MIS.

Familiarity with or knowledge of the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) is highly desirable.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
