Sprinkler Design Engineer - Fire Engineering Consultancy

Salary/Package - 65,000 - 70,000 basic + 25 days holiday ( plus bank holidays ) + Benefits

Location - London region

Permanent Position ( Hybrid )

Our client is a well established fire engineering consultancy who are actively looking to hire a lead sprinkler design engineer with ideally a minimum of LPCB basic exam completed. Still privately owned, the successful hire will be an integral part of the business as it continues to grow throughout 2025. The role is offering hybrid working with 2 days in the office and the rest working from home/site. The successful applicant will also be fast tracked to managing a team of design engineers if this is something that is desired for career progression.

MUST HAVE'S

LPCB Basic Exam PASSED

Day to Day Duties

Preparation of sprinkler system designs for a variety of applications (Large works, small works, LPC Rules, NFPA, FM)

Design responsibility throughout the project duration.

Production of technical documentation, installation drawings and coordination models.

FHC calculations

On-site surveys

Compliance with the relevant design standards and project specifications.
