Job Title: Pre Construction Manager
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Bromley
Day rate: £380 - £400 PER DAY
Client:
A tier 1 Contractor who specialise in a variety of sectors including, MOJ, Healthcare, Residential, Education and MOD
Project:
My client are currently working on a Healthcare contract where the works include roof replacement, fire door replacements, entire ward refurbishments and refits
Duties:
- Liaising and working with Design team to chase down drawing for operations team
- Writing Programs
- Work on multiple projects at same time
- Maintain and develop new subcontractor resources
- Work with Project Managers during the transition pre construction through to live projects
- Create initial working schedule for projects
- Interface with clients
- Produce, collect, and distribute pre construction RFI’s
- Review all project documents for compliance with budget, company/client standards and constructibility
Experience:
- NVQ Level 6 or above in Construction Management
- 5+ years of construction experience in a similar role
- Previous experience as PM, Project Engineer, or in Pre-construction for a construction company
- Healthcare experience would be advantageous
