About the Role: A leading main contractor with a focus on residential projects up to £20m is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their team for an exciting 3-month fixed term contract. This role will involve overseeing two new build residential RC Frame projects in Bromley, Kent, ensuring the successful design delivery and management of the schemes from inception to completion.
As the Design Manager, you will work closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure design and technical aspects are effectively coordinated. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of design quality and ensuring that all projects comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
