- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the MD to develop and implement a three-year growth plan for three products.
- Revenue Tracking: Monitor current and forecasted revenue monthly, including analysis of True Ups.
- Reporting: Establish consistent and meaningful reporting practices for teams.
- Pricing Analysis: Lead the pricing recommendation and approval process.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Conduct ROI analysis for the three products.
- Sales Enablement: Create compelling new business point-of-sale materials and support the underwriting team with customer proposals.
- Financial Support: Assist with budgeting and reforecasting cycles.
- Integration Projects: Provide support for integration tasks over the next 12 months.
- Pipeline Development: Implement a data-driven approach to pipeline development.
- SharePoint Management: Reorganize SharePoint to ensure easy access to relevant data.
- Team Coaching: Provide significant guidance and coaching to a team of 10 staff who work independently across various roles.
- Proven project management or commercial analysis experience, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in consultancy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Power BI skills are desirable but not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in pricing strategies and ROI analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
