We're looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Support Manager (BSM) to join the Credit Operations team of a leading financial services organisation. Based in London, with the potential for extension or a permanent role in the future.

About the Role

As a Business Support Manager, you'll play a key role in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication, ensuring the senior leadership team has the insights needed to make informed decisions. You'll be working closely with another BSM, supporting ongoing transformation projects and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Data Analysis & Reporting

* Monitor and track performance metrics.

* Prepare weekly updates, monthly business reviews, and quarterly reports.

* Assist in developing capacity models and working with large datasets.

* Extract and analyse data from Tableau and Excel, providing key insights.

* Business Support & Coordination

* Work closely with the leadership team to provide operational and analytical support.

* Help with process improvements and transformation initiatives within Credit Operations.

* Ensure clear and concise communication of key findings to senior stakeholders.

* Stakeholder Communication & Presentation

* Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership meetings.

* Distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.

* Engage with various teams to synthesise and present key information effectively.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in a business support, project support, or business analysis role.

* Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret, summarise, and present data.

* Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills - must be confident in creating reports and presentations.

* Tableau experience preferred - ability to extract and manipulate data.

* Strong communication skills - able to engage with senior stakeholders and present complex information clearly.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.

* Experience in financial services or banking is a plus, but candidates from other industries will be considered if they have the right skill set.

Contract Details

* Location: London (on-site, 5 days a week initially).

* Duration: 12-month Contract with the potential for extension or permanent opportunities.
