Location: London and South East
Salary: 75,000 + 9.5k car allowance
We currently have an opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our team to support 7 services in London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the provision of leadership, direction and regular management support in all aspects of the operations function to Service Managers within their region.
Focusing on the quality, standards, operations and performance of each individual service.
Translating the Group strategy into local operations
Developing relationships with stakeholders and local authorities
Work closely with the Service Managers across areas such as safeguarding, local community engagement, local press representation and stakeholder management
Carry out monthly monitoring visits and document correctly in order to proactively identify and manage areas of poor practice
Maintain current knowledge of best practice and changes to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
Keep the Managing Director informed on all significant matters relating to the services
Provide clinical / managerial supervision to Home Managers and to formally record sessions and agreed aims / outcomes
The Individual:
Proven experience in operating in a similar leadership capacity, within a similar, independent elderly care provider
Commitment to industry leading standards of quality
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of all the areas that combine to realise a sector leading, profitable operation
Strong working knowledge of the legislation and regulatory requirements appropriate to the sector and the role, including relevant health and safety requirements
