My client who is a leading Financial Services company are based in Bromley are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their passionate customer centric team. This role is to provide administrative support to all from initial customer contact through to completion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Taking customer calls, assessing enquiries and responding to requests
- Responding to customers correspondence by letter and email
- Liaising with Customers, third parties and internal departments
- Process all applications on the system in line with procedures
- Work as a team and ensure customers receive an outstanding service
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with working with computer programs
- Strong attention to details and organisation skills
- Work well with in a team
