Due to its continuing popularity, they are consistently busy and are now looking for a talented and creative Pastry Sous Chef to work closely with their talented Head Pastry Chef and assist with the day to day running of the section.

7 shifts a week, Sunday evening, Monday, Tuesday off plus a day off in the week
The pastry kitchen prepares everything in house including all the bread, chocolates, ice cream, sorbets, and plated desserts. The standards are extremely high and only the finest fresh produce will be used to create this innovative, modern European cuisine.
The successful candidate will have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair and input their own ideas onto the menus. This is a fast-paced environment so previous experience within a top-quality, high-volume kitchen will be essential.
