Pembury Partners are assisting our Pro Footballer Client based in Bromley, Kent in the search for Private Chef to cook dinner for him and occasionally an additional guest 4 or 5 evenings a week. The Chef will work closely with the club nutritionist in order to maximise health and performance. The Chef will be passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful, healthy and delicious meals, prioritising nutrition. Trials will begin immediately.
Amongst the duties:
- Cooking dinners 4-5 evenings per week for one Principal, with occasional guests
- Focus on Afro-Caribbean is a must; Asian, Mediterranean & Modern Euro Cuisine also a focus
- Menu development, creation, and planning
- Working closely with Club Nutritionist
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
- Driveable distance to Bromley
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a similar role private household
- Must have experience cooking Afro-Caribbean cuisine
- Excellent communication skills
- Great knowledge of nutrition and ability to work closely with Club Nutritionist
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Impeccable health, safety and hygiene standards
