As a busy, upscale venue with a loyal customer base, this is an ideal opportunity for a Sous Chef passionate about using seasonal, high-quality ingredients. You'll work alongside a talented team of 5-6 chefs, under the mentorship of an experienced and hands-on Head Chef.
The successful Sous Chef Previous experience in Italian cuisine is essential, and the role is available for an immediate start.
Whats on offer:
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 depending on experience
Schedule: 44 hours per week, across 5 days
