In this role, you'll be the second in command, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain their culinary vision and always ensure impeccable standards.
Sous Chef requirements:
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
- Monitor portion control, stock levels, and wastage to achieve target GP.
- Train and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and harmonious working environment.
- Provide leadership in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations, providing direction and support to the team.
