Our client is a market leader in the Manufacture, supply, install and service ofa wide range of Commercial Heating management solutions. Due to department growth and workload an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Project Engineer to join the Service and Installation department of an establish Commercial Heating and Boiler Manufacturer based in the South East.
Main Purpose of Job:
To join the contracts team in the service department assisting withoverseeing project installations along side the contracts manager.
Purpose for the role is due to an expanding department and workload

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
- Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of Commercial Heating equipment and systems.
- Communicate project status
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns.
- Identify and assess potential risks.
- Develop mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
- Ensure that projects meet quality standards and specifications.
- Implement quality control measures.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget.
Overall Summary:
Experienced professional with proficient knowledge of Commercial Heating / Boiler systems and practicalknowledge of project management. May manage projects or processes withgeneral supervision. Communicates with contacts inside and outside of owndepartment to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, andprocedures. Recommends enhancements to systems and processes. Works toachieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderateimpact on departmental results.
Education and Experience required
Requires practical knowledge of Commercial Heating / Boiler systems.
Graduate Degree or equivalent with upto 2 years of prior related experience.
CAD knowledge would be preferable
Excellent communication skills
Live within a sensible commute to South East London / North Kent area.
