BASIC TO £35,000 DOE OTE £55/65,000

My client is looking for a Sales Manager for their main dealership. They are looking for an experienced hands-on Sales Manager to join their team.

To develop and agree sales plans and budgets, including new cars, accessories, used cars, overheads and all related items, to achieve marketing, sales and financial targets. Organise, direct and control the activities of Sales staff and administrative support to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.

Contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks smoothly and in a timely manner. To be fully conversant with all Sales Department procedures. To fully embrace and engage with the digital sales environment.

The role

  • To maximise sales opportunities by ensuring that the sales process is followed
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with exceptional customer service at all times
  • To push the business forward to maximise vehicle sales
  • To be a great motivator, offering guidance and training creating a strong and focused team
  • To achieve volume set and liaise with the manufacturer
  • Drive vehicle sales forward

  • Proven success within main dealer environment having done the same role
  • Previous Automotive senior sales management experience essential
  • Leadership & management skills to gain the best from your teams performance
  • To be able to manage several tasks at one time with exceptional organisational skills
  • To be able to work under pressure
  • Honest and respectful
  • Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence
