Beyond Education Recruitment are working to support a fantastic Preschool based in the Bromley area. The preschool is looking for a new and enthusiastic manager to join the already amazing team!
The role is term time only working 9am-4:15pm - 38 weeks per year.
The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
Duties
- Drive the planning and delivery of engaging activities suitable for children
- Utilise leadership skills to manage a team of nursery staff effectively
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Manage the pre-school efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organisation
- Implement early childhood education principles to support children's development
Requirements
- Experience working with children and leading staff in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership abilities to lead a team of nursery staff
- Proficiency in English to communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or early childhood education required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload
