An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy who have been in operation for over 40 years, offering a hybrid working arrangement predominantly covering the Greater London region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality building surveying services to a range of clients, including residential, education and civic areas.
- Manage and lead surveying assignments from inception to completion, including dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration, and party wall matters.
- Provide expert advice on building defects, condition reports, and asset management strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring delivery of services that meet client expectations.
Key Requirements:
- MRICS qualified with relevant experience in building surveying.
- Proven experience in leading building surveys and projects, particularly in dilapidations, defects analysis, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using building surveying software and other relevant tools.
- Full UK driving licence for site visits and client meetings as required.
