The ideal candidate will have experience of writing specification reports and managing maintenance and planned work for a portfolio of 3,000 properties across the Southeast. This role requires a team player who can work effectively with property managers and adapt to a hybrid working pattern. What you'll need to succeedExperience to;* Conduct detailed building surveys and prepare comprehensive specification reports.* Oversee and manage maintenance and planned work for a diverse property portfolio.* Collaborate closely with property managers for seamless property management.* Utilise the latest technologies and industry best practices.* Provide expert advice to various stakeholders.* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
