Sonic Summary

This well-established consultancy, operational since 1970, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their Building Surveying team.
The successful candidate will work primarily with public sector residential clients but will also engage with commercial, industrial, education, leisure, and retail sectors.
Candidates should possess a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a focus on service delivery, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

While the primary focus is on public sector residential clients, the role extends to other sectors such as commercial, industrial, education, leisure, and retail. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on large complex projects and intricate refurbishment and alteration commissions.
