Grounds Maintenance Operative - URGENT

Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, South London, BR1

Our client is a leading housing association in South London, who are looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader who will lead a group of Grounds Maintenance Operatives ensuring you can identify and plan their work for the day, and supporting the team by being hands on and completing grounds maintenance tasks daily also.

This role is a temp to permanent position, 12 weeks temp, with option of moving to permanent based on performance.

Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: 13.50 - 13.75 per hour (based on experience)
Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 40hours per week.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving licence is a must!
  Experience in leading a team (desirable)
  Experience of driving 3.5 tonne vehicle
  Grounds Maintenance Experience
  Hold PA1 - PA6 Pesticide Certificate or equivalent
