Major Works (S20) Coordinator - Bromley - £30-35k

We’re working with a well-regarded, independent Managing Agent who are looking to streamline their maintenance and major works processes by hiring a Major Works / S20 Coordinator as follows:

  • Coming from a leasehold property background, either as an administrator, assistant or junior property manager
  • Working office based in Bromley to start, moving to a hybrid situation once settled
  • Responsible for overseeing the S20 process, from initial notice/consultation to gathering quotes, liaising with Surveyors and visiting sites to inspect works
  • Managing basic repairs and maintenance through an approved panel of contractors
  • Liaising with Property Manager’s as required
  • Updating systems, residents and others involved throughout the S20 consultation period and beyond

You will require a solid understanding of the S20 process / leasehold major works and come from a block management background where you have had regular exposure to contractor management.

The position might suit an Assistant Property Manager looking to move away from portfolio duties, a Property Manager looking to do the same or a Property Administrator keen to take the next step in their career.

Salary will start at up to £35k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
