A Credit Control job has become available at one of our clients in Bromley.

Your New Job:

Your key tasks and responsibilities include, making proactive telephone calls regarding recovery or payments, tracing missing debtors while managing your diary of debts or any proactive recoveries with a main focus on Social Care Debts.Ensuring all work and recovery actions are up-to-date on the relevant systems, and to be sure that all work processed is compliant with SLAs, regulatory and audit requirements to support our service delivery to our clients.What you'll need to succeed

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

- Previous debt recovery and/or credit control experience.

- Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments.

- Confident speaking on the phone - clear and effective.

- Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- Actively contribute as a team member and assist colleagues when needed.

- Attention to detail in producing high-quality and accurate documentation.

- Self-motivated and experienced in meeting agreed-upon targets.
