Junior Credit Controller (4 day work week) - Bromley - £25,000 to £28,000 plus excellent benefits!My client, a bespoke residential Block Management firm based in Bromley, are seeking a Junior Credit Controller to play a pivotal part in managing their finances, ensuring seamless credit control processes, and reconciling bank accounts with precision. Be a part of a vibrant, supportive company that values its employees' growth and well-being. The team will be covering a portfolio of 600 approximately residential blocks.For the last year, the company have been trialling out the four day work week pilot, they foresee this continuing however this is subject to completion.Responsibilities:

  • Receipting payments made by lessees to their service charge account.
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Overseeing arrears and actioning credit control procedures
  • Answering service charge and credit control queries from leaseholders
  • Transferring funds where required
  • General administration where required
  • System maintenance using Block Management System (Blockman)
  • General bookkeeping for invoices, receipts, cheques, utility payments and other supplier payments

Skills and attributes:

  • Credit control or accounts administration experience
  • Experience within property is desired
  • Forward thinking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prioritising, organisational, and time management skills to get stuff done.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, work from home 5 days / month after a successful 6 month probationBenefits:
