Synapri has partnered with a renowned broadcasting media production company who is seeking a Database Administrator on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting and developing databases for existing and new applications, assisting with bug fixing, development and testing as well as participating in group activities involving demonstrations, design reviews, etc.

The client is (ideally) seeking someone with knowledge and experience in:

  • Proven 2 years+ experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with DML and DDL commands to change DB structures and update the data
  • Knowledge of SSIS
  • Understanding of Data management processes in large organisations
  • Experience with PostgreSQL
  • Familiarity with designing databases
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Understanding of the Agile methodology
