In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks in Kent, with some sites also located in London.
Day-to-day duties will include:
Liaising with clients, residents, contractors and colleagues as required
Seeking quotations and issuing instructions for maintenance works, confirming the work has been completed to the expected standard
Submitting and dealing with insurance claims in accordance with correct procedure
Involvement in the preparation and management of Service Charge budgets
Be prepared to undertake and oversee various projects from start to finish including management of the Section 20 consultation process
Conducting site inspections, actioning anything as necessary
Ensuring all Health & Safety / Fire Safety / Building Safety obligations are met
Arranging and chairing meetings, preparing required paperwork and booking venues if required
