In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential blocks in Kent, with some sites also located in London.

Day-to-day duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients, residents, contractors and colleagues as required

  • Seeking quotations and issuing instructions for maintenance works, confirming the work has been completed to the expected standard

  • Submitting and dealing with insurance claims in accordance with correct procedure

  • Involvement in the preparation and management of Service Charge budgets

  • Be prepared to undertake and oversee various projects from start to finish including management of the Section 20 consultation process

  • Conducting site inspections, actioning anything as necessary

  • Ensuring all Health & Safety / Fire Safety / Building Safety obligations are met

  • Arranging and chairing meetings, preparing required paperwork and booking venues if required
