L2 & L3 Nursery Practitioner - Bromley - Immediate Start - Up to £27,000 per annum

We are seeking Level 2, Level 3 or higher qualified Nursery Practitioners, to become a part of a wonderful nursery school in Bromley. This is a full-time, all year through, permanent role that is set to begin as soon as possible.

The roleAs a Nursery Practitioner, your role will involve nurturing creativity, curiosity, and development in young individuals. You will bring the nursery's curriculum to life, motivating children to dream boldly, think independently, and confidently explore their surroundings. With our cutting-edge resources and training at your disposal, you will have the opportunity to ignite young minds while simultaneously enhancing your own skills throughout the journey!

The ideal Early Years Educator

  • Hold a Level 2, Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Serve as a positive role model.
  • Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
  • Demonstrate a passion for working with young children.
