The Role
- Full-time EYFS teacher taking full ownership of a nursery class with a team of qualified and unqualified teaching assistants.
- Aid the development of each child's personal, social, emotional development as well as their academic progression.
- Ensure the progress of every child including those with SEND and more able pupils
- Assess, record and report on development, progress and attainment for every pupil in the class
- Communicate and consult with parents and staff, evaluating own teaching critically to improve effectiveness
