Job Title: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Bromley, BR1 | Pay: £90 - £105 per day | Contract: Full Time | Start Date: ASAP

We are partnering with an inclusive primary school in Bromley, seeking a motivated graduate to join their support team. The school has a high number of students with special educational needs (SEN), meaning the role will focus on providing 1:1 support to students who need additional assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
- Engage SEN pupils and encourage participation in lessons and activities.
- Assist with reading, writing, and other classroom tasks.
- Work alongside the class teacher to support lesson delivery and classroom management.
Ideal Candidate:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children (experience in a school setting is a plus).
- A good understanding of special educational needs.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to meet students' varying needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
