LTF Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you!

We are partnering with an inclusive primary school in Bromley, seeking a motivated graduate to join their support team. The school has a high number of students with special educational needs (SEN), meaning the role will focus on providing 1:1 support to students who need additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Engage SEN pupils and encourage participation in lessons and activities.
  • Assist with reading, writing, and other classroom tasks.
  • Work alongside the class teacher to support lesson delivery and classroom management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children (experience in a school setting is a plus).
  • A good understanding of special educational needs.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to meet students' varying needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
