Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and Motivate:Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons that capture the interest and imagination of Year 6 students, ensuring learning is both fun and effective.
  • Individualized Support:Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students, offering tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborative Approach:Work closely with teaching staff to monitor student progress, provide feedback, and tackle any challenges that arise.
  • Promote Inclusivity:Support students with additional needs, helping create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
  • Classroom Environment:Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and well-organized classroom that supports student learning and development.
