We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving mainstream secondary school in Bromley. Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to students, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals

Work alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored support for individual students and small groups

Assist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and the creation of engaging learning resources

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Support pupils with additional needs, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged

Help to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people in a school or child-based setting

A valid, enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, patient, and flexible approach to working with students of varying needs and abilities

A genuine passion for education and supporting young people to reach their potential
