Empowering Learning is currently recruiting for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-established school in Bromley. This full-time position offers a competitive daily rate of £90 - £100 (depending on experience) and an immediate start.

About the Role: SEN Teaching Assistant located in Bromley:

In this role, you will be a vital member of a supportive team at a Bromley-based school. As a motivated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide both in-class and out-of-class support, offering 1:1 assistance to students with special educational needs. Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, delivering targeted support to individuals, and collaborating with teachers to ensure every student reaches their full potential. There may also be opportunities for group work with students who share similar needs.

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Understanding of various SEN needs
  • Solid experience working with students with SEN requirements
  • Immediate availability to start
  • Holds an enhanced DBS or willing to undergo the process
  • Available Monday to Friday on a full-time basis
