Electrician's wanted for a main contractor in the social housing sector
As the year is coming to a close and some sectors may be coming to a close for Christmas, we are very much up and running with a busy December ahead and some great opportunity's with some market leading clients.
Over at Skilled Careers we are currently recruiting for a number of Electrician's for a leading main contractor on their contract with a renown housing association based in the Bromley area.
There are several positions up for grabs, interviews to take place this week!
As an Electrician your day to day will look like:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
We are looking for a confident Electrician that has had previous experience in social housing/domestic maintenance.
Please note: A full UK Driving Licence is needed for this role.
About the Electrician role:
Salary: £24 per hour (with van and fuel card) - paid weekly via CIS
Location: Bromley
