Security Engineer Position Overview
Our client, a family business formed over 40 years ago specialising in the fire and security industry, are currently looking for a new installation engineer to join their growing team. In addition to their NSI Gold status, our client is offering a salary ranging from 35,000 - 45,000 with an additional 5000 guaranteed annually to engineers across the Sevenoaks and surrounding areas.
Security Engineer Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary from 35,000 - 45,000
- An additional 5000 is guaranteed for the on-call rota which is added to your monthly salary
- 1 in 8 call out rota
- 28 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays)
- Holiday allowance increase by 1-day p/a after 1 year of service (max. 5 days)
- Company vehicle
The engineer would be tasked with installing intruder alarms, CCTV cameras and access control systems to a high standard in high-end residential properties across the South East of England. The engineer would need to live within a 30-minute radius of Sevenoaks and will be able to travel across surrounding areas including parts of southeast London. Additional travel may also be required at times.
The engineer would need to have great communication skills and be able to uphold company values to the highest degree demonstrating professionalism at all times.
Security Engineer Position Requirements
- Minimum 5 year's experience
- Ability to install intruder alarms, CCTV cameras and access control systems
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Fire Alarm knowledge (not essential)
